All artworks sold on this website are original and handmade. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review all product details and images carefully before making a purchase.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parinazdesignstudio@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper handling.
